Service Description

What Your Remote Reiki Session Includes 1. Personalized Remote Connection Each session is intentionally focused on you and your unique energy at the time of our appointment. 2. Session Preparation & Timing You will receive a text message 15 minutes before your session begins. At that time, you may choose to sit or lie down in a quiet, comfortable space — or simply continue with your day. Reiki is not limited by time or physical location. The energy will flow at our scheduled time regardless of your activity. While most clients prefer to relax without distractions to fully receive the experience, this is not required. You are free to choose what feels best for you. 3. 15-Minute Energy Session Your Reiki session will flow for approximately 15 minutes. Many clients notice that the calming or balancing effects continue unfolding afterward. 4. Gentle Integration Support On the day of your session, you are encouraged to drink extra filtered or structured water and notice any sensations, emotions, releases, or insights that arise.
