What to Expect During Your Session: In this 75 minute one-on-one session, you will experience a tranquil environment that encourages rest, release, and relaxation. What your New Client Reiki session includes: 1. Personalized Consultation: We begin with a brief discussion about how Reiki works and what happens throughout a session. We inquire about the client's goals and any concerns/limitations they might have. Reiki is meant to be a relaxing, safe place to let go and receive. Understanding the client's goals helps set the tone and personalizes the session. 2. Relaxing Atmosphere: Enjoy a serene setting with soft music and calming scents, allowing you to unwind and let go of tension. We use lightly diffused Doterra oils. If you prefer no oils, or have an aversion to particular scents, you can email us beforehand (atozbioacoustichealth@gmail.com) or let us know at the beginning of the session. 3. Reiki: After becoming comfortable on the massage table, the Reiki practitioner will gently place their hands on or near your body, channeling universal life force energy to you. You may feel sensations like warmth, cool, tingling, waves, or even see colors. 4. Reflection Time: After the session, while the practitioner gets you filtered water (reverse osmosis, structured, in glass) do not rush yourself to sit up. You are encouraged to take a moment to reflect on your experience and discuss any feelings or sensations that arose during the session.
